The cornerstone of the program is enabling facilities across the country with innovative digital capabilities at the heart of patient care. The program supports the integration of data from multiple healthcare systems with the ultimate vision of creating a platform for high-quality and secure electronic medical records for every Zambian.
Inherent to the program is world class methodology and accompanying implementation tools, including assessment, adoption, adaptation and development of healthcare data. The program actively develops and supports national platforms that create new benefits from integrated data use in health service delivery and planning, interrogating the key questions that drive healthcare, continuously increasing the value of information.
